Great news that this important right of way is to be re-opened properly re-connecting us to Stenhouse. Thanks to the local councillors for pursuing, Cllr Scott Arthur for the motion and TEC for agreeing it. Good outcome for all. CEC have committed to paying for the repairs and will hope to recoup the costs once ownership is 100% confirmed or developers develop the sites alongside it.
